Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

I personally feel we take in a lot of content and information thanks to social media and that does play with our mind and our quality of our life – both knowing and unknowingly.

Thanks to social media, our minds are cluttered with too much unwanted information and sometimes we end up buying too much stuff hoping that it would make us happy.

When our mind is cluttered our home gets cluttered. Digital detox is definitely healthy for our mental health and overall wellness.
